This is the senior credential of the Dynamics ecosystem. It's a solid, mature specialism that has always lived in Salesforce's shadow, and it's now being repositioned around Copilot-first CRM.
Solution architects designing Dynamics CE/F&O implementations, Dataverse architecture and Power Platform integration. They work at Microsoft partners and at mid-to-large enterprises already committed to the Microsoft stack.
The ecosystem is stable but growth is limited, and Microsoft's AI money flows to the Copilot and Power Platform layers rather than core Dynamics. To stay on the funded side of the stack, pair it with Power Platform or Azure architecture.
The exposure is internal priority. Dynamics has to compete for Microsoft's attention against Copilot and Fabric, and a platform that gets played down slowly takes its architects down with it.
