This is a closed-ecosystem specialism. Workday only lets you certify through a job at Workday or one of its partners, and that gatekeeping keeps supply tight and pay firm.

The moat here is contractual, not technical, which makes it durable but caps its growth: supply only widens as fast as Workday hands out licenses. Hold. Workday's AI features (Illuminate) add to the skill set for now rather than forming a credential of their own.
